Senior Project Manager

Own a hotel build end-to-end, from preconstruction  to handover. You'll manage budget, schedule, project teams, and owner relationships on ground-up hotel projects. We're looking for 7+ years in hospitality or multifamily construction, deep fluency with brand and franchise standards, and the judgment to make calls in the field without waiting for direction. 

Project Coordinator

Support our projects by keeping the backend moving.  RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, meeting minutes, and other deliverables. This is a build-your-career role: you'll see every part of a hotel project from preconstruction to closeout. 1–3 years of construction admin or coordination experience preferred; we'll also consider sharp graduates from a construction management program.

Administrative Assistant

You're the operational backbone of a small, fast-moving GC. Day-to-day: managing certificates of insurance and lien waivers, coordinating vendor onboarding, supporting AP/AR, maintaining project files, and keeping the office running. We need someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with ownership. Construction industry experience is a plus but not required — reliability and attention to detail are.

Senior Superintendent

Run the field on multi-million-dollar hotel projects. You own daily site execution — sub coordination, schedule adherence, quality control, safety enforcement, and brand standards compliance. We want 10+ years of hotel construction superintendent experience, hands-on knowledge of brand requirements across major flags, and the ability to mentor junior supers. Real authority, no corporate layers between you and ownership, and decisions get made fast.

Site Safety and Health Officer

Own safety on our active hotel construction sites. You'll conduct daily inspections, lead toolbox talks, manage JHAs and pre-task plans, investigate incidents, and enforce OSHA compliance across all subcontractors. OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 strongly preferred; CHST or CSP a plus. We take safety seriously and you must too. Pave the way and lead programs for our teams to stay mentally, physically and emotionally healthy.

Superintendent

Run a hotel project in the field under a Senior Superintendent or PM. Daily responsibilities: subcontractor coordination, schedule management, quality inspections, daily reports, and owner/architect site walks. 5+ years as a superintendent on hotel or hospitality projects required. You should read a set of construction documents cold, hold a sub accountable without burning the relationship, and make the right call when something doesn't go to plan.
